February 6th Pasta Workshop

My February Pasta Workshops are officially here!

First up, I’ll be hosting a pasta workshop at 6pm on Friday, February 6th at one of the absolute cutest shops in Encinitas - Shout and About! Each sign up will also get a 10% discount for shopping after the event, and if you’ve never been to Shout and About, you will literally want everything in this shop, at least I know I do!

The perfect beginner friendly pasta making party…

Be ready for a hands on pasta class where you’ll learn all the basics of making your own fresh pasta from scratch, from kneading your ball of dough, to hand forming your pasta using a variety of pasta tools - and enjoy some wine and small bites along the way!

Two Ticket Options:

$90/person gets you Small Batch Sauce to take home with your pasta

$110/person gets you Small Batch Sauce to take home with your pasta + My new cookbook, Buona Pasta: Fresh Pasta Made Easy With or Without a Machine so you can keep making pasta at home!

With either ticket, you get to choose a jar of my favorite small batch sauce from Not Your Nonnas Sauce Co to take home & enjoy with your fresh pasta!

Your choice of:

Classic Marinara, Zucchino Fresco, Arrabbiata, Pesto, Pesto di Piante (vegan)
