Pasta Workshop THIS SUNDAY

My January Pasta Workshop is less than a week out, so book your spot now! This workshop will be at 2pm this Sunday January 18th at GOODONYA in Encinitas!

In case you missed it…

In this pasta workshop, you’ll learn how to make your own fresh pasta from scratch, from kneading your ball of dough, to hand forming your pasta using a variety of pasta tools & textures - And you can enjoy wine & charcuterie along the way!

PS this Southern Italian pasta is made without eggs, so it happens to also be vegan friendly :)

$90 ticket also includes a jar of my favorite small batch sauce from Not Your Nonnas Sauce Company to take home & enjoy with your fresh pasta! Your choice of: Classic Marinara, Zucchino Fresco, Arrabbiata, Pesto, Pesto di Piante (vegan)
